radio dept. is coming!

Good news travels fast. I’m hearing that Radio Dept. and St. Etienne are visiting. They will perform on Apr 26 in The Venue, Bandung, about 2-hrs ride from Jakarta. So yeah, I’m excited!

dancing.
screaming.
singing in heavenly melodic.
possessing.
telling us stories.
staring.
smiling and saying “tenctju verri mucch”
skipping and jumping between dimensions.

it was out-of-this-earth.
i really thought i was in someplace else,
not in this world.

that 43-year-old craziness is irreplaceable.

My trip to New York last year to watch Björk’s concert was cancelled,
and now Björk herself coming visiting me!

Miracle does happen.
Good karma does spread around.

Went to Electro Synchronizer last week, it was nice, not satisfying in some way, but I love the Jakarta-Bandung-Jakarta trip. Telefon Tel Aviv will be playing, I got a free ticket thanks to Rini, although the fee is ridiculously cheap, IDR 25,000 (or about USD 2.50).

Nouvelle Vague was great.
A bit theatrical.
A bit loungin’ and easy.
A bit cozy. I sat in the second row before the pool.
I love the moment.
After party was also great. I feel a bit like a stranger,
but I guess it was just my PMS.

They jumped off to the pool after. silly french people, with their silly taste of humor.

I decided to go home rather than resuming “the party” to someplace else,
but Rini & I had a nice late dinner (miitem + wings dome’s cheese fries!)
and were planning on the what & whatnots details for our upcoming 4-day Bali trip. Yeay!
