A poster for Disney/Pixar’s new flick Wall-E, designed by artist Eric Tan. Tan has become something of a legend for his beautiful, retro-futurist remix posters for popular movies. You’ve probably already seen his posters for The Incredibles, Wall-E, Indiana Jones movies, and Ratatouille — they’ve been passed around a lot online for good reason.

Here’s a 1960s Disney ride poster on the left, with a Tan Incredibles poster on the right.

And A.M. Cassandre poster to the left, and one of Tan’s Ratatouille posters on the right.

Last but not least, below, you can see another one of the new posters Tan designed for Wall-E, to the right of a classic Disney advertisement for a flying saucer ride.

Nikola Tamindzic, a 2007 New York Best Nightlife Photographer awarded (by L Magazine & Junk Magazine) turned out to be a very friendly and humble person. He’s approving the facebook friend request of mine in a glance, and also tumblr. To put aside the outgoing personality, his photos are, still, remarkable. Obscene yet glamorous. Rebellious yet fragile. I love the honesty and contradiction. Check it out in Home of The Vain and Ambrel. Also here’s one of his interview with Guest of The Guest.

This is not the best, but I can say it is a quite decent work I did in New Media. Flash crafting is still raw & unsatisfying, yet I like the concept. Indosat Mentari is one of telco provider in Indonesia, and you know what Telco providers do in Southeast Asia: they stupidly fight each other until they’re running out of truth (about their ‘cheap’ rates) and strength. I don’t mind. Everybody has business. Mentari is a local sponsor for Euro 2008 as well, so that’s where we have the soccer game idea.

Brilliance. Another treasure I found. Victim & Avengers on Behance Network by Chris Anthony.

Splendid photosession! Adore the make-ups and expression. More like a sanguinist version of Tim Burton, not dark enough for me, but I’m still in awe. I Love Tim Burton on Behance Network.
